Shipping & Handling:
We ship using UPS ground or USPS from Texas. Rates are as follows:

For expedited shipping or for shipping outside the areas covered above,
please contact us and
we'll make every effort to accomodate you.
Payment Options and Sales Tax
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. Pre-approved businesses may pay with a business check. Personal checks can be used on mail orders, but be aware that the product will not ship until the check has cleared our bank.
We do not currently charge any sales tax.
Our Return Policy:
Pinatas may only be returned or refunded if they arrive damaged or do not meet your party date and we have agreed to meet that date. You must contact us within 5 days of your pinatas arriving via EMAIL to moxieenterprises@yahoo.com and we will send you authorization to return or notice of refund. We may, at our discretion, authorize returns for other reasons, but that is at our discretion only. In any case, for any refunds or returns you must email us for the return authorization and to get the correct address for our warehouse. Returns received that have not been authorized or are not sent to the correct address will not be refunded.
Our Privacy Policy:
We will NEVER sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever, for any reason. If you sign up for our newsletter you will have the right to opt out of it at any time. Please navigate to our Privacy Policy page to read the full policy.
